 TAECO
has the capability to convert the B747-200 Passenger aircraft
to Freighter, the B747-200/300 Combi aircraft to Freighter,
and the B747-400 Passenger/Combi aircraft into Boeing Converted
Freighter. TAECO is the first MRO in the world to convert the
B747-400 Passenger/Combi aircraft into a Boeing Converted Freighter.
TAECO has also the capability to convert the B737-300 Passenger/Combi
aircraft to Freighter, under the STC of PEMCO, which is based
in Alabama.
 TAECO
is able to complete other significant work at the same ground
time during the conversion, which may include heavy maintenance
up to D Check, major structural modifications, aging aircraft
inspections / modifications, and strip & repaint of the
aircraft. Substantial cost saving could be achieved by taking
advantage of the available turn around time, as well as by
the elimination of duplicated access through the conversion.
